The venue has been running for over twenty years and has three independent halls plus a garden — each with a different capacity, price and purpose. All of that knowledge lived only in the owners' heads. Every enquiry started with the same questions: is the date free, what does it cost, what's on the menu. Dozens of calls a week, most of which never became a booking, while the smaller fireplace hall was virtually unknown to customers.

I built the site around a single rule: answer the question before it is asked. Each hall got a card with capacity, floor area and a starting price. Twelve types of occasion — from weddings to funeral receptions — each have their own scope description. Three menu packages show the per-person price, the children's price and the minimum headcount alongside sample dishes. The calendar publishes free dates openly. On the panel side, the owners block dates, move bookings through statuses, edit menus and prices, and receive every form enquiry in one inbox.

Phone calls now start with "we'd like to book 14 June" instead of explaining the offer from scratch. Quotes go out in writing and stay valid for fourteen days, which ended the arguments about surcharges. Menus, prices and availability change in the panel in seconds — with no invoice for a small edit.
